Dear <Parent Salutation Parent Name>
Welcome to the PowerSchool Parent Portal! Studies have shown that parental engagement in a child’s education is the single most important factor in student achievement. As part of Stamford Public Schools continued effort to improve communication and engagement with our families, we are happy to let you know that we are launching our PowerSchool Parent Portal for all middle school and high school parents beginning on November 20, 2014.
This portal will provide you with secure access to information about your middle school and/or high school children’s grades and attendance records through a single account. You will need a computer with internet access to create your account. If you do not have access to a computer, you may visit the public library nearest you.
You can get started right away by following the steps below. There is also a detailed information sheet enclosed that you should keep for future reference.
